RETURN POLICY

All items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Some exceptions will be made for items that are deemed damaged, but will need to be returned in the same condition received, unused, and with the original packaging (including dust bags) and tags still attached within 3 days of purchase. All merchandise is sold as is.

Shipping is non-refundable and non-transferable. If an item is returned because a customer refuses to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Aurelia will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Aurelia. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the products is returned to us.

Aurelia reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense.
